Welcome to the online course “What is open data journalism and why we need skills to search for data?”

Then, we will see how different the situation of open data journalism is in the world. This will be followed by two YouTube videos that will provide you with better understanding of differences in the data journalism worldwide. Finally, we will together answer the question of why and what kind of journalism data journalists need. This will be accompanied by a video interview with an open data journalism expert. Before taking the final quiz to test your knowledge after studying the whole course, you will a course summary video to help you revise the course.
