In this chapter, we will discuss how to measure exactly that. This process is called impact assessment and it is meant to evaluate the change your program, project or any other activity may have made on your focus group. This allows you to see whether your program is generating the impact you planned (e.g., people seem to have gained great critical thinking skills) and what aspects of your program you should change for next time.
The structure of the course is the following:
- Gathering and interpreting the data for impact assessment: Overview
- Quantitative and Qualitative Methods
- How to measure impact and the obstacles you have to overcome
